How I Make Art

And What I Do After That

Hi, I’m a Los Angeles artist. I have been sharing my process on all the various platforms but I wanted to start a Substack, as well.

I feel this format will give those interested a more rounded idea of how I go about deciding what my art should be and how I develop it.

Below are my latest pieces in progress. They are wooden cubes influenced by the works of Josef Albers, Donald Judd and Sol Lewitt. More to be said and shared.

I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Illustration. I freelanced for a number of years before becoming a story artist at Walt Disney Feature Animation. More to come about those experiences and how they influence the work I make now.
